Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cachetcd@hotmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
